Arnulfo Gonzalez

Arnulfo Gonzalez, a cherished husband, devoted father, beloved grandfather, and dear brother, passed away peacefully at his home in Eagle Pass, Texas, on September 14, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on March 3, 1955, in the same town he would call home throughout his life, Arnulfo was a beacon of love and strength to all who knew him.

Arnulfo's heart belonged enormously to his family. He is survived by his devoted wife, Elsa Chancey Gonzalez, who was not only his partner in life but also his greatest supporter, sharing countless moments of joy and companionship. Together, they created a loving home filled with laughter and warmth.

His legacy continues through his daughters, Elsa Denise Gonzalez and Diana Gonzalez Ramos, who inherit their father’s kind heart and unwavering determination. Arnulfo delighted in being a grandfather to Arturo Emmanuel Saldivar, Mark Anthony Saldivar, Andres Antonio Ramos, Michael Anthony Ramos, and Lila Rosa Ramos. Each grandchild was a source of immense pride for Arnulfo, who cherished the special bond they shared.

The arrival of his great-grandchildren, Nova Marie Saldivar and Maite Amelia Saldivar, brought immense joy to Arnulfo's later years, further enriching his life with love and laughter. His family will forever hold dear the unforgettable moments, lessons, and hugs he bestowed upon them, carrying forward his legacy of kindness and love.

Arnulfo is also remembered by his sisters, Estela Gonzalez, Olga Lilia Gonzalez, and Mariela Gonzalez, who shared many memories with him. 

His warmth will be missed but his spirit lives on in the hearts of his beloved family, a reminder of the enduring love that binds them together.
