Dolores Ramos

Dolores Ramos, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2025, in El Indio, Texas, at the age of 73. Born on November 1, 1951, in Houston, Texas, Dolores lived a life filled with love, family, and dedication.

Dolores was a devoted mother to her four daughters: Maria Dolores Rodriguez, Christina Ramos, Cynthia Parson, and Susan Ramos. Her strong family bonds defined her life, and she took great pride in supporting her children through every stage of their lives. She was a guiding light in their journeys, imparting wisdom and strength that will resonate with them for years to come.

Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Jasmine Rodriguez and Lydia Rodriguez, who brought immense joy to her later years. Dolores cherished the moments spent with her grandchildren, creating lasting memories that they will carry with them as they grow.

In addition to her immediate family, Dolores is survived by her brother, Bernando Arce. 

Dolores was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Horacio Galindo Ramos their union symbolized love and commitment, and her memories of their life together remain a testament to their relationship.

Dolores Ramos will be missed dearly by her family and all who had the privilege to know her and her contributions to her family will be cherished forever.

Cremation services to be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025 under the care and direction of Riojas Funeral Home.
