Born on November 8, 1955, in Jiquilpan, Michoacan, Mexico, Francisco was a man whose life was rich with love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Francisco dedicated his life to his family, always embodying the values of hard work, kindness, and unwavering support. He shared a profound bond with his loving spouse, Irma G. Valdovinos, who stood by him through the journey of life, celebrating each joy and overcoming every challenge together. Their partnership served as a model of love and commitment for their family.

As a father, Francisco was a guiding light for his three children: Ruby Yesenia Tijerina, David Valdovinos, and Francisco Javier Valdovinos, Jr. He instilled in them the importance of family ties, education, and integrity. Francisco took immense pride in his role as a grandfather to ten wonderful grandchildren and as a great-grandfather to five beautiful great-grandchildren. The Valdovinos family invites relatives and friends to celebrate Francisco's life and legacy at the Riojas Funeral Home in Eagle Pass, Texas. The visitation will take place on September 3, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a prayer service scheduled for the same day at 6:00 PM. The following day, September 4, the visitation will continue from 10:00 AM until 2:30 PM, culminating in a burial service at Our Lady of Refuge Cemetery at 3:00 PM.
